Renee is a seasoned professional with over 25 years' experience in law enforcement, education, and counselling. She is a certified Acceptance and Commitment Therapist, a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, and holds multiple qualifications, including a Bachelor of Adult Education (UTS), a Graduate Certificate in Psychology (CSU), and a Bachelor of Counselling with ICF coaching accreditation. Renee is also a qualified Master Hypnotherapist. She specialises in trauma-informed, person-centred care and provides tailored support for clients experiencing distress, depression, anxiety, and substance misuse, with a particular focus on victims of trauma, crime, and injured workers. Renee is deeply committed to harm reduction and creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for individuals and families.

With over 27 years of experience in public relations, marketing, and community services, Kyla brings a wealth of expertise in building connections and advocating for vulnerable communities. A former award-winning business owner, she has successfully created brands, developed strategies, and driven innovation across diverse sectors. In recent years, Kyla has worked in the NDIS sector as a Complex Case Manager, supporting clients with mental health challenges and those transitioning from correctional settings. She is passionate about advocacy and being a strong voice for people who are too often overlooked, ensuring their needs are recognised and addressed with dignity.

Dr Cameron is a Professional Registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Mental Health Social Worker. She provides specialist support for individuals experiencing distress, depression, anxiety, and trauma, with a strong focus on victims of crime and injured workers. Gaye is highly skilled in person-centred care and integrates diverse therapeutic modalities, including Eriksonian approaches, Gestalt, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy. As a qualified Master Hypnotherapist, she combines evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective, empowering clients to build resilience and reclaim wellbeing.

Maurice is the Principal of Horizon Accounting in Springwood and a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Registered Tax Agent, and Justice of the Peace. With decades of experience in taxation and business advisory, he supports Link Foundation AOD with financial governance and accountability, ensuring the organisation can continue delivering vital services to the community.
